Who doesn’t love a beach?

The sound of the waves, that breeze through your hair, the air even smells differently. And if the sun shines and it’s a warm day, well who can not feel as if this surely is why we are on this planet: to be one with the ocean, every sunset of every day.

I may be romanticising a day at the beach, but it truly is the only place where I ever manage to switch off. Truly forget about time, about anything really. Almost as if everything becomes inconsequential and the only thing that matters is the rhythm of the waves, and my physical connection to the sand, ocean, wind and sun.

Maybe that’s just it. That connection to all the elements. To be one with, and centre stage in the 4 elements: earth, water, air and fire.

It is THIS feeling of one-ness, of belonging, of nothing else matters but that very moment, that inspired me to design and make Playa Luna.

A collection that reminds me of summer holidays, far removed from the daily grind and fully connected with our deepest nature: to be one with it all 🤍✨
